Raised in the Appalachian mountains of western NC, and as long as I can remember, I always loved dreaming. I am such a romantic and idealistic as some would say. I love to lay in the grass and moon gaze or watch the clouds go by on a warm summer day.

I’m married and have two lovely children. I also have two labs and a cat.

I love French cooking. I love to cozy up with a warm cup of tea on a cold gray day. I love the winter because it sheds a beautiful light through leafless trees. Their shape and branches are beautiful to me. I also love winter because it’s a time of slowing down and hibernating if you will. I love Christmas.

I’ve had a career in finance but my dream was to own my own tea room with an adjoining library full of window seats and soft and calming colors and furnishings.

I love music and I love to sing.
