I can’t wait for us to visit the places Louisa May Alcott and her sisters once stood, learn the stories of beloved authors who called Beacon Hill home, explore gorgeous bookstores, and delight in a picnic lunch on the banks of Henry David Thoreau’s Walden Pond alongside our community of kindred spirits.

If you already are a book club member, log into your account for registration instructions. Because there is high interest in this trip, securing a spot is not guaranteed. Attendees will be randomly selected through a raffle.

*IMPORTANT: The nature of the literary sites in Concord require quite a bit of walking. To attend, you must be comfortable walking 1-2 miles.
WHERE WE’RE STAYING

Concord’s Colonial Inn, a landmark historic hotel in
New England’s charming town of Concord, Massachusetts

Originally built in 1716, The Colonial Inn has a wonderfully rich history. One of the Inn’s original buildings was used as a storehouse for arms and provisions during the Revolutionary War and Henry David Thoreau resided at the Inn while he attended Harvard.

Less than a mile away from Louisa May Alcott’s Orchard House, this charming hotel will be a lovely place to stay as we embark upon our literary adventures.
ALL ROOMS ARE SINGLE OCCUPANCY
